Connecting Your CallFire Account

Integrating your CallFire call tracking account with Jensen.

Jensen provides a passive integration for those using CallFire as your call tracking provider.  This means that you won't be able to configure call tracking and call flows, however you will be able to pull numbers in from your CallFire account, attach them to your sites and pull back phone calls and recordings for billing purposes. 

To get started, you'll be entering your CallFire credentials in your integrations tab found here: https://jensen.ai/profile/integrations

We'll need two keys to successfully authenticate your account: 

  1. App Login

  2. App Password

To get these credentials, login to your CallFire account, hover over your login name on the right side menu and select 'Settings'. 

From there click the 'API access' link in the top navigation bar and then click the 'Add API Access' button: 

Now you'll see a modal where you can name the API access account and copy the required credentials:

Copy the 'App Login' and 'App Password' credentials from this screen into your Jensen account and click 'Connect'. 

Your phone numbers stored in CallFire will automatically sync into your Jensen account and be available for viewing on your Call Center tab.
