Jensen's call tracking platform is powered by Twilio. Please authenticate your Twilio account to get started.
To view your available phone numbers, direct your browser to https://jensen.ai/phone_numbers.
If you've purchased a number through Jensen, that number will automatically be able to be controlled by the platform, otherwise, you'll need to manually connect previously purchased numbers to Jensen by clicking on the "Set Up Twilio Number" option in the phone number table row:
Once connected, you'll see three icons, 1 for viewing the call log of the number, 1 for editing the number and 1 for deleting the number from both Jensen and your Twilio account.
To configure your number, click on the title under the 'name' column and you'll see the phone number's configuration panel.
Once you're in the phone panel you'll be able to set the following 8 options:
Active - Inactive numbers will return a 'sorry this number cannot be connected right now' message to callers:
2. Phone Number Name - Use this name to remind yourself of what this number is for. It will be used in notification messages:
3. Time Zone - Set the timezone that the number will be operating in so you can determine when a number should accept and forward calls:
4. Business Hours - Choose when the phone should ring and when the phone should go to voicemail. Calls that come in our of business hours will go directly to voicemail. Turn a day completely off by clicking the blue box, turning it red. Set hours for opening as the top option and closing as the bottom option.
Make sure to click the 'Update Hours' button to get the changes to save.
4. Time To Voicemail - Set the number of seconds a phone call will ring before going to the voicemail box:
5. Voicemail Greeting - Your greeting will be heard by the caller to prompt them to leave a message. You can use the 'Text To Speech' engine to have Jensen read your voicemail greeting, upload your own mp3 and point the URL to Jensen, or have the system call you on your own phone to record a message.
6. Voicemail Transcription - Twilio has the capability to automatically transcribe your voicemails into text and Jensen can forward these transcriptions to either a phone number or email. This is an optional feature that incurs a cost in your Twilio account. Please consult Twilio's latest pricing schedule to see the cost:
6. Whisper Greeting - The "whisper" is played for the Client (the one who picks up the phone call) before they are connected with the caller. This can be used to let the receiver know where the leads/calls are coming from. You have all of the same options for playing a whisper greeting as you do for your voicemail greeting:
7. Call Flow - Your call flow determines the logic the call tracking number takes when dialed. The most simple call flow will be a 'Ring Through' campaign which simply takes one number and dials it. The "Multi Call" and "Round Robin" options allow multiple parties to be on the receiving end of a call. "Multi Call" call flows ring all numbers simultaneously and grant the call to the first receiver who picks up. "Round Robin" calls dial receivers sequentially and either go to voicemail after one round or continuously ring the receivers until one picks up.
8. Recording - Choose whether or not you want a call to be recorded.
9. Recording Warning - Choose the message a caller hears when they begin a call that is being recorded.
10. Client - Assign a client to this phone number ( for Full platform Jensen users only) to allow the client to purchase valid call leads.
11. Notification Email & Number - Notification alerts can be sent when a call tracking number receives a call via email and SMS. An extra SMS notification can also be configured to be sent on missed calls:
12. Show Properties - Full platform Jensen users will see the 'Show Properties' toggle which allows notifications to send without identifying the underlying landing page or website the call was generated on:
