The Jensen Lead Dialer allows you to turn website visitors and form submits directly into phone calls by automatically initiating a 2 party configurable conference call on form submit or via a webhook.
To create your first Lead Dialer, click on the "Lead Dialer" menu in your Call Center:
and Click the 'New Lead Dialer' button on the right side of the screen.
On the Lead Dialer creation screen, you'll see a similar form to the phone number configuration screen. The following options are available for configuring your Lead Dialer:
Active - Inactive Lead Dialers never trigger call conferences:
2. Name - Give your Lead Dialer a friendly, recognizable name:
3. Initial Receiver - Choose who gets the initial call in your conference call sequence. Setting this to "Agent" means that when a lead dialer event is triggered for this Lead Dialer, the Agent will first get a call and be asked to press a button, then they will be put into a conference and the lead will get a call and will be connected upon successfully answering. When 'Lead' is the initial receiver, your agent won't get called until after there is a lead waiting in the conference room:
4. Timezone - Set the time zone of the agent that the Lead Dialer calls to define when a Lead Dialer triggers or not:
5. Recording - Choose if you want your Lead Dialer calls to be recorded:
6. Recording Warning - Choose what leads hear when they are getting a Lead Dialer call with recording enabled:
7. Agent Number - Choose the number of the agent that should get dialed:
8. Caller ID - Choose the number that your lead gets called from. You can use any of your Twilio numbers or you can use the default system number (but we recommend using one of your own):
9. Agent Whisper - Choose what the agent hears when they pick up a call before they are connected to the lead:
10. Lead Whisper - Choose what the lead hears when they pick up before they are connected to the agent:
Once that's created, the next step is to locate/identify the form in the site's form's tab. Then assign the lead dialer to the form in the form's edit page.
