Jensen comes pre loaded with a blacklist of over 100,000 numbers identified by the FCC as originators of spam and robo-calls. We constantly refresh this global blocklist and automatically apply them to all of your numbers as a basic first line of defense from spam.
To preemptively block numbers from calling your phone numbers click on the "Block List" navigation link in the Call Center:
To add numbers to be blocked simply add them one at a time in the following format:
+_AREA_CODE_NUMBER or +12521125555 (as an example of a US number).
You can also block numbers directly while viewing the incoming call log for a number:
