The lead dialer feature creates on demand conferences between an agent and a lead and can be initiated in a number of ways.
The most common use case for a lead dialer is to attach one to a form and let form submitters know they will be immediately connected to an agent. You can attach a lead dialer to Jensen sites through the Site Form settings tab (both external sites and Jensen built sites).

Full Jensen platform users have another method for initiating lead dialer events:
Pop up modals.
Once a lead dialer event has been triggered, in accordance with the Dialer's settings, the first party will be called and connected into a conference room upon accepting the call. Then the second leg of the call goes out and once it is accepted the two calls are bridged.
