To set up the Whisper Recording, you will need to select a number from the Call Center and go into the configurations page for that number.
Once on the configurations page of selected number, scroll down to the Whisper settigs.
You can select three kinds of Whispers.
Text To Speech
Enter MP3 URL
Whisper Recording (voice)
Text To Speech is the announcement you would hear at the beginning of the call, for example: "This is a call from your business."
The next option is to Enter MP3 URL.
To select this option, you would enter the MP3 URl of your choice, then press "update" at the end of the page to save the MP3 URL.
The last option is the Whisper Recording. For this recording, you're able to set up a customized voice recording of yourself or another person with the use of your phone.
Enter the number to be called for the voice recording.
Press "Call Me"
You will receive a call and prompted with the option to record your voice.
Once that is finished, you will see the recording under the "Created" section.
